TERRENCE WING is the founder of LIQUID LEARN™.   As Principal at Workforce Performance Partners,  and President / CEO of Legacy Group Holdings, Inc., he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this site.  In addition to those positions, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.   His work experience includes Retail Management, Distribution Management, Sales and Sales Management, and Human Resource Management.  Terrence also served in the US Army as an Infantry Officer. He graduated from Marist College with a BA in Communication and the Pennsylvania State University with a MA in Corporate Training and Development.

RICK ZANOTTI is President and Founder of  Relate and a vital part of  the group here at Liquid Learn. With over 35 years of experience in IT and Learning, Rick is an instructional designer, multimedia author, voice-over talent, video producer and Management consultant.  Prior to RELATE, Rick was a Vice-president of Information System, Director of IT, Systems Analyst and Sr. Project Leader for companies like LFP, Marsh & McLennan, Day Runner and Citibank NA.  Rick is also an internationally known martial artist and author. He has taught police, military personnel and many students in several countries.  Rick studied Chemical Engineering and Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems.

JEAN FRANZBLAU is an international professional speaker with ten years of speaking and training experience. She also has an executive coaching practice specializing in career transition. As the principal at Jean Franzblau Consulting, Jean has had the opportunity to work in industries including non-profit, law, entertainment, technology, government, health care, recruiting, hospitality, education, financial services and real estate. She received her B.A. with cum laude honors at UCLA in Communications and studied the performing at the renowned Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theater.
